What the hub provides

  • OTP sign-in matched to VOLUNTEERS_MASTER (email + service period)
  • Task board, coordinator messages, polls, and decision archives
  • Service period (ServiceFrom / ServiceTo) shown on your profile after admin approval
  • Google Translate for all 10 community languages on hub pages

Appointment flow

  1. Apply via Volunteer Registration
  2. Admin approves in volunteer screening → appointment letter with tenure dates
  3. Row synced to VOLUNTEERS_MASTER → sign in at /volunteer/login.html
